By Monday, Lt. Robert Johnson was completely settled in.
Nestled in the dimly lit supervisor's room, Johnson sat back, taking in his newly acquired responsibilities.
Two weeks ago, Santa Rosa County Sheriff Wendell Hall transferred several of his sheriff's deputies to other positions. Johnson, former watch commander of the sheriff's night shift throughout the county, became the supervisor for District 2, which encompasses Navarre.
Lt. Patrick Vega took over Johnson's former duties.
