TDC tells ZOO to ‘wait’

Danyelle Lantz is out to save The ZOO – again.

Before the budgets are inked, Lantz is requesting funding from all powers-that-be within the tri-county area of The ZOO Northwest Florida.

Her initial presentation last year called for a five-year recovery plan, which required $250,000 each from Santa Rosa and Escambia counties. She was only given $125,000 from both counties, as well as $25,000 from the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Council.
