Early morning commuters often don’t have much activity on the streets to look at. So staying alert might be hard for some.
But last Friday, June 26, one motorist was definitely paying attention and spotted a black bear in Gulf Breeze Proper near the Three Mile Bridge.
The call to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission came in around 6:30 a.m. By the time FWC field operators and police arrived on scene, the bear had made itself cozy in a tree at the Bay Bridge Condos.
