How tough was your last job interview? Holley Navarre Fire District put seven candidates through a rigorous interview process last week that included an agility test immediately followed by board-style interview. Firefighters showed up early Sept. 22 to Station 45 to test their mental and physical faculties in order to compete for one part time and one full time position.
Firefighters carried a “smoke ejector” 50 feet before carrying a 75 pound cage, simulating a jaws motorized unit, another 50 feet.
