That is the question.

Recently, there has been a a lot of discussion about Incorporating Navarre and making it a city.
I am curious to know the pros and cons of Incorporation, and hear people's views on the topic so that I, personally, can make a well rounded decision. If anyone would like to share their views, I would greatly appreciate it.
