You have the perfect location for your wedding reception, you've chosen the Caterer, Florist and Photographer and now it's time to select a Wedding Disc Jockey. As a professional Wedding Disc Jockey, I make your dreams come true by playing the best music at the most appropriate times while coordinating your wedding in a smooth and professional manner.

Professional Equipment & Appearance

My professional appearance starts with quality sound equipment and continues with my attire from a formal tuxedo to my captain's uniform.

Since most weddings have a unique theme, I am always happy to help by listening to what you desire and then offering suggestions and different wedding music options available to help create the right ambiance. All elements of your wedding should flow together seamlessly. To help with your planning, you will receive a custom 2 page wedding and reception planner to organize the details and timeline.

Music Selection

For your musical selection, I will help you select the music you would like to hear (or not hear). I can provide music for your wedding in a church or in locations with no electrical power, such as at the beach! When it's time to dance, your guests will hear music that will get them up and on to the dance floor. My music library includes: Pop, Rock, Swing, Jazz, Salsa, Big Band, Disco, Country and just about every other format you can imagine. I will have all of your new favorites as well as past hits. In addition to the music you select in advance, I have over 80,000 songs to accommodate your guest's requests! With a wide range of music and paying attention to what your guests like to hear, I can make your reception fun and memorable!

Master of Ceremonies

Events such as a grand entrance, toasts, bouquet-garter toss, and cutting of the cake will be professionally announced. During your celebration I work with your Caterer, Photographer and Videographer to keep them informed of each up-coming event during your reception. Capt Bill uses his professional trained voice to make announcements at your reception. Capt Bill’s special wireless microphones allow for roaming announcements and all Toasters can be heard giving their best wishes.

Brighten up your party with My "Green Lighting System", you can dazzle your guests with our huge selection of lighting fixtures that you'll only find in the finest Club's, Gobo's that pan the dance floor,  Strobe, Color Wash, and more!

With the most competitive rates, over 80,000 songs, and the largest BOSE & JBL Pro Sound System set up on the Panhandle, Captain Bill can cater to any event you may need! I work with any Venue.
