NOTICE TO BIDDERS

JAMES HARVELL ROAD SIDEWALK PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida is soliciting bids for the construction of concrete sidewalks. Specifically, construction will take place on James Harvell Road from Highway 87 S to Presidio Street, Navarre, Florida (map included). Only properly licensed and insured contractors/consultants are invited to submit bids. This project must be completed by the date as described within the scope of this RFP.

All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 09:00 a.m., August 1, 2016, at which time will be publicly opened.  Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. Only bids received by the aforestated time and date will be considered.  All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB# 16-054 JAMES HARVELL ROAD SIDEWALK PROJECT”.  Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and FOUR (4) copies labeled “COPY” (5 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.

A Pre-Bid conference will be held 1:00 p.m., July 15, 2016 at the intersection of James Harvell Road and Gordon Goodin Lane, in Navarre, Florida.  All interested parties are invited to attend. It is Strongly Recommended those interested in submitting bids attend.
