Mabel Bruno, through good times and bad

“I’ve had such a great life,” Mabel Bruno said. “It hasn’t always been easy, but I wouldn’t trade my experiences for anything.”

Growing up in a family of seven children on a farm outside of Hammondsville, Ohio, Bruno, now a resident of The Beacon in Gulf Breeze, was accustomed to hardship. “It wasn’t always easy growing up on the farm,” she said.
