The 19-year-old women pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated battery. A Brevard County circuit judge explained that the teens could each face up to 15 years in prison. Prosecutors asked that sentencing be delayed until after the case against their co-defendant, an 18-year-old man, was finished.

MAN CHARGED WITH KIDNAPPING OF EX-GIRLFRIEND’S SON

Donald Roy Long Jr. was arrested early Thursday in Georgia. The boy was unharmed. The Alachua County Sheriff’s Office reports that Long had recently broken up with the boy’s mother and took him without the mother’s permission on a Greyhound bus destined for Pennsylvania.
