Margate police say 30-year-old Edward Cadet of Sunrise was charged Tuesday with murder without premeditation in the death of 59-year-old Randy Pierson. Cadet’s mother, 60-year-old Alfonsene Valentine, was found shot to death Sunday in a Coral Bay field.
