Navarre’s swim team wrapped up its regular season Thursday at the county championship meet in Gulf Breeze. The boys and girls teams both finished second.
Chase Woodard helped lead the way as he took first in the 200 IM with a time of 2:24.77. Luke Smith placed third (2:38.88). Woodard was second in the 100 breaststroke (1:16.53) and Hunter Richardson placed third (1:17.47) in the event.
Brandon Hahn (58.53) and Zach Sutton (59.00) were second and third, respectively, in the 100 freestyle. Hahn took second in the 500 free (6:00.81) and Talon Norris was third (6:18.47).
Dylan Porter took third in the 200 free (2:05.69) and he was third in the 100 backstroke (1:07.19).
Olivia Sczesny placed second in the 50 freestyle (27.25) and also took second in the 100 freestyle (1:00.87). Sarah Taylor was third in the 100 butterfly (1:24.84).
Moira Conley finished third in the 200 free with a time of 2:29.21 and was third in the 500 free (6:35.67).
Carissa Spessard finished third in the 100 freestyle (1:03.60) and Jordan Gilliard finished third in the 100 breaststroke (1:25.56).
