PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

The President/CEO (President) is responsible to the Board of Directors for a
full range of activities which include developing a strategic plan, initiating a
related program of work, organizational structure and procedures, motivation of
volunteers, income and expenditures, membership services, employment matters,
training and supervision of staff, appropriate certifications, interpretation of
Board policy, maintenance of documents and property, and long range planning.

EDUCATION/SKILLS:
Four year degree or equivalent required. Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks
required. Must have proficient computer skills, be customer service oriented and
possess excellent communication skills. This position will require local travel
and after hours as needed. Must be a resident of Navarre.

LOCATION: Navarre
HOURS: Normal Office Hours 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday. May require flexible
schedule for weekend and after hours events
PAY RATE: Depends on experience
