Holley-Navarre Water System plans special meeting to replace Enghauser

The Holley-Navarre Water System board of directors plans to meet at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow night to fill the vacancy created by the April 21 resignation of longtime board member Charles Enghauser.

A board official said three candidates are under consideration to replace Enghauser: Navarre Beach resident Robert Coley, Navarre businessman Bryan Duncan, and Navarre resident Brett Ramsey.

Duncan, who missed election to the board January 20 by a narrow margin, successfully petitioned for a recount, which took place Feb. 12 and upheld the three-vote margin between Duncan and current board member James Calkins.
