Education key component at Butterfly House

After lying dormant during the winter months, the Panhandle Butterfly House emerged from its cocoon May 2 to kick off its 2015 season.

The vivarium played host to 170 butterflies, while the grounds exploded with color thanks to a plethora of plants and flowers.

But the facility is so much more than a spot to view butterflies. Volunteers at the Butterfly House take the education component very seriously, and visitors leave with a full understanding of
