Ask Brenda Whidden how Navarre feels about Relay for Life, her answer is simple.
“This town is dedicated to Relay,” she said.
And she’s not kidding.
Two years ago, Navarre broke the top 25 in the state for money raised. Right now, Navarre Relay for Life is ranked 17th in Florida.
And on May 2, all of the fundraisers – including volleyball and corn-hole tournaments, yard sales and silent auctions – will culminate in the main event at the Navarre High School track.
