Renourishment, sign pollution concerns top survey

Sign pollution, a contingency plan for beach renourishment funding and adding lifeguard coverage west of Navarre Beach Fishing Pier are top concerns for some island residents.

Recently the Navarre Beach Leaseholders and Residents Association polled its 287 members, asking them on which issues they want the group’s leadership to focus. Nearly 15 percent responded.

Tim Keohane, the association’s new president, sent a letter to each member.
