 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 5, 2015, in Case No. 2012-CA-000901 of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit for Santa Rosa County, Florida, in which Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Gene A. Jones, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 14th day of April, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF PETERSEN POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK D, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
