Navarre man sought in juvenile sex case released on $40K bond

A Navarre man sought by Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office in relation to a juvenile sex case was booked Dec. 8 on two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior involving a minor. Jace Kohl Taylor-Lockard, 18, of the 2000 block of Resort Street, was released Dec. 11 on a $40,000 bond.

According to a report by Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Detective Larry Tynes, on the evening of Sept. 25, the suspect engaged in sexual battery on two occasions with the alleged juvenile victim, who is between the ages of 12 and 16.
