NOTICE TO BIDDERS ADVERTISEMENT OF DELINQUENT TAXES

Notice is hereby given that the
Board of County Commissioners of
Santa Rosa County, Florida, will
receive sealed bids for the advertisement
of delinquent taxes.

Advertisements for the real property
delinquent tax list shall run
once a week for three (3) weeks
and the personal property delinquent
tax list shall run for one (1)
week and shall be printed in 5
columns, in 6 point type and must
comply with Florida Statute,
Department of Revenue regulations
and requirements of the
Santa Rosa County Tax Collector.

Each bidder should contact Amy
Brinkerhoff with the Santa Rosa
County Tax Collector’s Office at
(850) 983-1800, prior to submission
of bid to assure that such bidder
is aware of all relevant
requirements, including the definition
of “line”. One Hundred (100)
copies of the advertisement shall
be given to the Tax Collector’s
Office for distribution.
The last advertisement for delinquent
real property taxes must
run no later than May 27, 2015.
Advertisements must run in at
least 2000 issues of each publication
run.

The advertisement for delinquent
personal property taxes must run
no later than May 27, 2015
All bidders must be legally qualified
to advertise delinquent tax
lists pursuant to Florida Law.
It is estimated but not guaranteed
that each real property delinquent
tax list shall consist of approximately
29,000 lines, and that the
personal property delinquent tax
list shall consist of approximately
1,300 lines.

All bids must be original and delivered
by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to
the Santa Rosa County
Procurement Department at 6495
Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, FL
32570; and must be received by
10:00 a.m. local time, December
16, 2014, at which time bids will
be opened and read aloud. Bids
received after the time set for
opening will be rejected and
returned unopened to the bidder.
All interested parties are invited to
attend.

The Board of County
Commissioners reserves the right
to waive irregularities in bids, to
reject any or all bids with or without
cause, and to award the bid
that it determines to be in the best
interest of Santa Rosa County.
