Navarre’s drug problem

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office reported 292 marijuana possession arrests in the last year.

Still, SRCSO Public Information Officer Deputy Rich Aloy said Navarre has moved on to
more serious drug problems.

“We’ve closed over 60 meth labs this year alone. Marijuana used to be the issue, but now these other two things are a bigger problem.”
