Election Information for Voters

Santa Rosa County Supervisor of Elections Tappie A. Villane would like to remind voters the primary election is scheduled for Aug. 26 and the general election is Nov. 4.

Santa Rosa County citizens should make sure their record is up-to-date.

If you need to register to vote, fill out a Florida Voter Registration Application form by completing all the required blocks per instructions.  Forms are available at government offices, public assistance offices, libraries, department of motor vehicles, a printable version can be obtained through our website at www.votesantarosa.com or visit the Santa Rosa County Elections Office.

Has your signature changed?  If so, you can update your signature by using a Florida Voter Registration Application Form or mail a signed statement that you would like to update your signature and include your birth date, or visit our office.

You can also use the Florida Voter Registration Application Form or send us a statement that you would like to change your party.  Please include your signature, birth date and the party you would like to become.  You may also visit our office to make the change.  Please remember, Florida is a closed primary state.

If you have a change of address, please contact the Santa Rosa Supervisor of Elections Office to have it updated. You can call the elections office, fax, email or use a Florida Voter Registration Application Form.  Be sure to include your birth date.

It is the voters’ responsibility to let the elections office know if you would like to change your name.  Use a Florida Voter Registration Application Form or send us your current name, birth date, previous name, current signature, and date.  Mail, fax or hand deliver to our office.

Absentee Ballots for any of these elections can be ordered by phone, email, fax, mail, or in person at the elections office.
