The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed Contractors for the design and construction of the East Apron Rehabilitation and Expansion. The Apron Rehabilitation and Expansion shall be designed with the minimum requirements of AC 150/5370-10F and the specific State, County and Local code requirements.
The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: • Rehabilitation of existing asphalt aircraft tie-down apron with expansion to accommodate additional aircraft.
All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department at 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 A. M., July 8, 2014, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “Bid – Peter Prince Airfield”. Bids received after the time set for opening will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.

Plans and specifications may be secured from the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department for a non-refundable cost of $25.00 per CD.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M., June 18, 2014, Central Time; at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida 32570. All interested parties are invited to attend.
