Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff’s attorney, Thomas G. Van Matre, Jr., Esquire, whose address is set forth below, on or before the 15th day of May, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, Donald C. Spencer, Santa Rosa County Courthouse, P.O. Box 472, Milton, Florida 32572, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint For Quieting Title Under Florida Statute 65.061.
