Mark Miller became the managing broker of Century 21 Island View Realty in March 2023, and he plans to continue this passion for serving the Navarre community.
Ira Mae Hewett-Bruce started Century 21 Island View Realty in 1978. Phil Babiak, who was the managing broker of Island View Realty before Mark, joined with Ira Mae as broker partners in 1983 and together they laid the company’s foundation of service. This past March, Phil took a step back and Mark assumed his role as managing broker. Phil continues to actively sell real estate.
“I’m excited about this new chapter in the company’s history,” Mark said. “I’m eager to make some positive changes, update our website and booking software and invest in advertising.”
Mark plans to improve the company as a whole and is looking forward to adapting the business to make the whole experience more accessible and user-friendly. Be on the lookout for a new Island View Realty vacation rental website this fall. Guests will be able to book their stay online with ease.
Mark has been a real estate agent with Century 21 for over 30 years and he has been with Island View Realty for 28 of those years. Mark is a very active member of Navarre Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and a past president of the board. He is also a past District Vice President for Florida Realtors District 9, which covers the Florida Panhandle.
Additionally, Mark is an approved Florida Realtors instructor for real estate courses. He has taught agents classes on real estate contracts utilizing e-signatures, as well as MLS classes.
