A Pensacola woman was arrested for prostitution on Thursday after accidentally mistaking an Escambia County Sheriff’s Office investigator for a former client, according to the arrest report.
Schquita Warren, 27, first called the investigator on his county-issued phone. After he hung up, Warren texted and asked him if he would like the number to have fun and if he would like her to send him pictures. She began to attempt to set up a meeting with the investigator, telling him the price would be the same as last time.
The investigator did a search of Warren’s phone number on a Pensacola adult entertainment website and found an ad with a matching phone number. The ad contained a picture of a black female listed as “MS Dream.”
At that point, the investigator set up a meeting with Warren at the Motel 6 on U.S. Highway 29 in Pensacola and she agreed to meet him there. At around 7 p.m. on Thursday, the investigator saw an SUV pull into the hotel entrance with Warren and two other men inside of the vehicle. Officers made contact with Warren and she told them that she had met a guy named “Sam” last week and had sex with the person for $60. She said that she thought she was at the hotel to meet with Sam again to provide him some company and to have sex again for the same price.
Warren was arrested for prostitution and transported to the Escambia County Jail where she was given a $1,000 bond and a court date.
