NOTICE TO BIDDERS NAVARRE BEACH MAINLAND WATER MAIN REHABILITATION

The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from properly licensed contractors for the annual contract for the Navarre Beach Mainland Water Main Rehabilitation Project. This project consists of the rehabilitation of 2200 lf of 16 inch water main.

All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 AM, November 26, 2013, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “Bid – NAVARRE BEACH MAINLAND WATER MAIN REHABILITATION PROJECT”. Bids received after this time will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.

Project documents may be inspected at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida 32570, and the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway Suite 300, Milton, FL 32583. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on November 14, 2013 at the Navarre Beach Water and Sewer Department, 1411 Utility Drive, Navarre Beach , FL 32561.
