The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from licensed fencing contractors for a fencing project adjacent to Whiting Field. All bidders shall provide proof that they are licensed fencing contractors and shall provide such proof with the bid documents. This project includes the removal of approximately 5000 lf of existing fence and the installation of approximately 7800 lf of seven (7) foot fence with three (3) strands of barbed wire. The project also includes clearing and grubbing along the fence route. The contractor shall provide all necessary surveying, permitting, testing, inspection and construction services.
All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 AM, November 5, 2013, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “Bid – Whiting Fence”. Bids received after this time will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.
